Lymphoma Families Study - Volunteers Needed

The BC Cancer Agency is recruiting volunteers to participate in a study of familial lymphoid cancer. The goal of the study is to identify inherited genetic factors that influence susceptibility to Lymphoid Cancers.
We are looking for people who:
- Have been diagnosed with a Lymphoid Cancer, and
- Have a family history of Lymphoid Cancer
For the purpose of this study Lymphoid Cancers include:
- Hodgkin Lymphoma
- Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
- Lymphocytic Leukemia
- Myeloma
Participation consists of:
- Answering questions regarding health and family history by telephone interview
- Providing a small blood sample (approximately 2-3 tablespoons)
- Providing contact information for first degree relatives interested in participating
